Earlier this week, we made a quick craft to decorate the room for Halloween! I just love Halloween and so do my kiddos! I saw this idea on Pinterest, but I wanted my kids to practice drawing and cutting so we did not use any patterns. Here is the finished product:
All you need is a white paper plate, rectangles of black construction paper for eyes and mouth, rectangles of white for arms, and white crepe paper. I cut mine into foot long strips, but next time I'd do 1.5 feet so they are a little longer. Also, I think a few more strips would look good. Live and learn, right?
We'll also be making pumpkin life cycles, bats, and spider hats! Almost entirely Pinterest inspired, just how I like it! How did I teach before Pinterest?!?! Stay tuned for more Halloween craft fun!
